What is mathermic®?

It is a thermal insulation system with clinker composed of two layers:

thermal insulation made of rigid polyurethane foam,
decorative facade made of clinker tiles.

The clinker tile is permanently embedded in the clinker foam.
The modules can be use in both newly built constructions and in modernisations and thermal insulation of existing buildings.
The system can be installed on walls made of any material (bricks, breeze blocks, concrete blocks, etc.).

By using mathermic® you save:

Very good insulating of polyurethane, it means,at least 30% lower energy consumption compared to other insulation materials.

The most important advantages of mathermic®

    Modules are made of clinker tiles, which are resistenat to: mechanical demage, absorbtion, UV radiation, chemical and biological factors (e.g. mould).

    Easy installatio in harsh weather conditions and on different surfaces.

    Can be used on brick, metal, wooden and concrete buildings.

    Can be combined with other thermal insulation systems e.g. with Styrofoam)

    Very low absorbability of poth polyurethane and clinker.

    The system does not propagate fire(the classification applies to the product installed on a non-flammable substrate of at least A2-s3, d0 class according to PN-EN 13501-1).

    Dimensional stability of mathermic elements. The polyurethane core is rigid and resistant to compressin.

Wide colour palette

The mathermic modules are availible in a wide range of colours and textures of clinker tiles. This system's traditional style may resemble a classic brick wall, while elegant whites, greys and blacks perfectly math the modern architectural trends.

Mounting instructions

Screw the starter strip skirting to the wall. Lean the corner module on the strip, then push close flat modules..

The basic fastening of mathermic® module is done by screwing dedicated connectors (anchors consisting of a plastic sleeve and accompanying specific metal screw).

Several elements of mathermic® system inlets on edges of module have to be filled in with mounting foam, so surfaces between modules would be sealed.

The special places at vertical connecting spaces has to be pasted in by tiles with adhesive mortar.
